Shipping & Returns

Visual Learners Alphabet will accept returns within 45 days of the order date from orders purchased through this website only.
Any returned items must be in unused and resaleable condition. Refunds will be made by exchange or by the order of payment received.
Each return must contain:
1. A copy of the packing slip, with a confirmation of the item(s) and quantity being returned marked
2. Contact information
3. Reason for return AND preference to exchange the item or receive a refund.

Incorrect Orders/Return Shipping: Visual Learner's Alphabet is not responsible for any incorrectly ordered items. A detailed description about each item has been provided to assist with the ordering process. We recommend you double check the Items and Quantities on the shopping cart page to ensure the order is correct prior to checking out. Return Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
